By accessing or using ID8Composer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ID8Composer is a story composition platform that provides AI-powered tools for creative writing, world-building, and content organization. The Service includes features such as the Knowledge Base, Canvas, Sandbox, and AI Chat functionality.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. User Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create using ID8Composer. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
6. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
ID8Composer and id8labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
